1. The service
Briomade AI is currently an early-stage website creation and hosting service. Features, limits and availability may change while the product is being developed.

2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Keep access to your Google account secure and provide accurate business information.

3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You authorize Briomade AI to process it to create, edit, store and publish websites at your request.

4. Acceptable use
Do not use Briomade AI for illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive or security-harming activity. Accounts may be restricted to protect users and the platform.

5. AI-assisted output
You must review generated text, images and website claims before publication. Briomade AI provides editing and approval controls but cannot guarantee that every generated detail is correct.

6. Early access & availability
The current service is provided for testing without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Paid-plan terms and service-level commitments will be published before commercial launch.
